Singularity: The Randall-Sundrum 'Braneworld Model

this "brane bridge" tries to wipe out the gaps in GUT which in the sense to blow it off the "heirarchy problem" in particle physics.many a slips between the provebial cup of 100 Me V (of electro-weak force)and another cup (of 10^18 Me V of gravitational force)and with our lips to unify.Randall-Sunduram model of extra spatial dimension in "brane" tries well to hit the "bulls-eye".But my point is the whole string theory concepts again falls in a classical pit of a continuum stealthily jettisoning the "discrete quantum" which is the very essence of QM.it is also a conceptual paradox.How can this be overcome?
